Target’s Tall Buckle Boots (#1) are only $34.99 compared to Steve Madden’s Roady Boot, priced at $199.95. And the Engineer Boots (#4) are only $49.99 compared to Frye’s for $318! Target is a great store to get quality at a good price. So why not save the bills for the bills? Pay off next month’s rent or groceries.
